Pumpkin Pie Cashew Cream Smoothie: 1/4 cup cashews, 3/4 cup water, blend to a cream. Add 2 Tablespoons cream, 1 cup pumpkin, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg, 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder.
